 12.15.2006 INTREPID MEDIA'S JOE PROCOPIO QUOTED IN LINKEDIN NEWS Or Rather, Misquoted Chapel Hill, NC -- You should read the original first, because it appears LinkedIn News didn't. In a column for TechJournal South, Joe suggested that LinkedIn might be the missing link (pun intended) between social networking and monetization, and then goes on to disparage the lack of attention being placed on the tools of social networking and the opportunity that exists around those tools. LinkedIn says they disagree with Joe, and then goes on to make those two exact points. Go figure. We'll take the press though. Read the original TechJournal South column.
